  1. CONTROLLER OF THE PROCESSING

The company MQGroup, based in Via del Porto Fluviale 35, 00154, Rome, Fiscal Code and VAT number 08783061008 is responsible for the processing of personal data.  The processing of personal  data can also occur through third parties on behalf of MQGroup and in this case MQGroup will appoint them as processors and define in writing their duties and limitations for the processing of personal data. 2. TYPE OF DATA COLLECTED and LEGAL BASIS FOR THE PROCESSING OF PERSONAL DATA

 Our website acquires a diverse category of personal data from users and visitors:

  • Navigation data (IP address; browser type and information regarding the device used to connect to our website; name of the internet service provider (ISP); date and time of the visit; web page of origin of the visitor (referral) and of exit). This data is collected and used anonymously and used solely for statistical purposes in order to allow the correct functioning of the website for security reasons. The collection of this type of  data is therefore permitted on the basis of the legittimate interest of MQDesign and does not require consent to be granted.

  • On our website there are features present that enable you to communicate with us. In order for you to communicate with our offices, we ask you to provide us with your contact details (name, surname and email address) and could require that you provide further details. This requirement has the purpose of providing accurate and correct responses to your requests. All data acquired from the website is in fact collected for the specific purpose for which it has been collected, through manual/IT or telematic tools, in order to guarantee the security, integrity and confidentiality in compliance with the provisions in force. 

 

The conferment of all the data listed up till now is optional and the collection is founded on your consent. Declining to provide the required data will not result in any consequences, even for your navigation on our website, however, it will not allow us to provide the requested information.

3. DATA RECIPIENTS

The personal data collected on the website can be rendered available to the administrative bodies of the controller, to the administrative staff, the commercial staff, the communications staff and the system administrators, and in general to all those responsible, to the supervisors and people in charge of data processing appointed by the controller in the exercise of their functions. Furthermore, the data can be communicated to third parties that provide external site management services, market research, technical service providers, postal services, hosting providers, IT companies, communication agencies and those that carry out profiling activities. 

Your data may potentially be transferred abroad, in compliance with the provisions of the current regulation, and to countries that do not appertain to the European Union. The transferal to non-European countries, in addition to the cases where this is guaranteed by decisions of adequacy made by the European Commission, are carried out in such a way that they ensure guarantees that are appropriate and suitable in conformity to the GDPR. 

Finally, we inform you that the data collected will not be distributed and will not be subject to disclosure to the public without your explicit consent, except for the necessary communications that can constitute the transferral of data to public entities, consultants or to other subjects for the fulfillment of legal duties.

4. STORAGE LIMITATION OF PERSONAL DATA 

The personal data collected will be stored in a form that permits the identification of data subjects for no longer than is necessary for the purpose for which the personal data is processed. The data used for marketing purposes will be stored until you communicate the cancellation of the service. The data relevant to commercial transactions will be stored for the duration of the time settled by the statute on the conservation of accounting records.   • The right to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority (Guarantor for the protection of personal data)

Furthermore, you have the right to obtain from the controller the confirmation as to whether or not your personal data is being processed and, where that is the case, access to the personal data and the following information: the purposes of the processing, the categories of personal data concerned, the recipients or categories of recipient to whom the personal data have been or will be disclosed and all the information regarding their origin.
